My 511wi is a service of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation which offers you travel information along with personalized routes and alerts you choose. You could:

Create up to 10 different routes you regularly drive.
Get travel information along those routes when you dial 511 from a cellular or landline phone.
Get alerts as SMS (text) messages. Text message rates from your cell phone service provider may apply.

When you call 5-1-1, the system will:

Recognize your phone number using simple Caller ID technology.
Let you hear about profiles first.
Give you access to 511's full range of services in Statewide Wisconsin.

NOTE: The text alert feature for My 511wi is currently disabled which includes sending the cell phone verification code to sign up for text alerts. However, users can still create personalized routes and access travel information along those routes by dialing 511
