My 511wi is a service of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation which offers you travel information along with personalized routes and alerts you choose. You could:
- Create up to 10 different routes you regularly drive.
- Get travel information along those routes when you dial 511 from a cellular or landline phone.
- Get alerts as SMS (text) messages. Text message rates from your cell phone service provider may apply.
When you call 5-1-1, the system will:
- Recognize your phone number using simple Caller ID technology.
- Let you hear about profiles first.
- Give you access to 511's full range of services in Statewide Wisconsin.
